The principle of corona machine

Using a high-frequency and high-voltage power supply, corona is generated between the discharge electrode and the corona roller to form a low-temperature plasma area, which ionizes the air between the two poles to produce ozone.

It is an oxidizing agent that can immediately change the molecular structure of the plastic surface from non-polar to polar. At the same time, the surface of the material will be slightly uneven after corona.
