The DC high voltage generator raises the input voltage to 220 volts and outputs positive and negative voltages respectively. A strong electric field is generated between the positive and negative discharge electrodes, air molecules are ionized, positive ions are generated at the tip of the positive discharge electrode, and negative ions are generated at the same time to neutralize the static electricity on the surface of the object. Negative ions neutralize the surface of the charged object when it is at a positive potential. Otherwise, positive ions neutralize if the surface is at a negative potential. Without grounding, DC corona products can produce positive and negative ions, acting on the surface of the object with sufficient positive and negative ions.

3.Pulsed DC corona products

Pulse DC high-voltage generator raises the input voltage 220 volts, alternately outputs positive and negative voltages of discharge electrodes within 4-6 seconds, alternately generating positive and negative ions. When the surface of the charged object is at positive potential, the negative ions are neutralized, and if the surface is at negative potential, the positive ions are neutralized. As the switching cycle of pulsed DC positive and negative ions is 200-300 times longer than that of the industrial frequency AC static eliminator, there will be no self-neutralization of positive and negative ions, and there is no need for grounding and positive and negative ion loss. The switching cycle can be adjusted according to the distance of the object to be eliminated by static electricity. In the absence of a fan, positive and negative ions can also reach a long distance.
