Its working mode is DC or pulsed DC.


Installation position of electrostatic eliminator


It is very important to install the eliminator properly. Improper installation will not only reduce the effect of the eliminator, but also exacerbate the charge, and even cause greater harm. Locations for setting electrical dissipators


Generally speaking, an electrical dissipator should be installed at the highest potential of a charged body as far as possible. Make the installation position of the dissipator have the highest dissipation efficiency (e.g. 90% or more). In principle, the installation location and environment of the de-energizer should avoid the following positions or locations:


Position with static electricity source; back of the object with grounding body, neighboring grounding body or other dissipative apparatus; easy to contaminate the dissipative apparatus or 50 temperature ℃ relative humidity of 70% or more of the environment.


The mounting angle of the device should be perpendicular to the surface of the electrically charged body. In addition, the dissipator should be fixed on a solid support or fixed mechanical equipment, and require reliable grounding (such as the design of grounding components). In the actual process site or important equipment, electrostatic charged body varies greatly. According to the above principles, carrying static electricity detection table, combined with the actual situation on the site, to determine the optimal installation distance and air source flow of the dissipator, reasonable installation of the dissipator.

On-site power supply wiring should be correct, safe and reliable, and the grounding wire of electrical equipment should be well grounded (public grounding resistance less than 1 ohm). On-site compressed air circuit should be clean, dry, no dust, oil, water.

3. Installation should follow the principle


Static eliminator should be installed in the area with anti-static requirements. When installing the static eliminator, follow the technical requirements for the use of the product, and the equipment is well electrically grounded. Ensure that the discharge electrode of the static eliminator and the surrounding metal parts to maintain a certain safety distance, and follow the requirements of the product manual. The surface of the static eliminator should not be covered. The installation interval of the static eliminator should be based on the setup requirements of the antistatic area on site and the recommendations in the product manual to determine the optimal installation interval or consult the product supplier. The air inlet of the ionized fan static eliminator should be kept at the necessary distance from the surrounding obstacles. For details, refer to the product manual or consult the product supplier. 4. After the installation of the static eliminator is completed, the static eliminator should be standby or shut down, debugging, test run and start after formal use.
