2. Then the plasma cleaning gas is introduced into the vacuum chamber to keep the pressure inside the chamber stable. Oxygen, argon, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon tetrafluoride and other gases can be used for different cleaning materials.

3. A high-frequency voltage is applied between the electrode and the grounding device in the vacuum chamber, so that the gas is penetrated and plasma and plasma are generated by light discharge, so that the plasma generated in the vacuum chamber covers the treated workpiece and begins to clean it. Generally speaking, the cleaning treatment lasts from tens of seconds to tens of minutes, depending on the different treated materials.

4. Cut off the power supply after cleaning, and discharge the gas and vaporize the dirt through the vacuum pump.
